David Wiechmann is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CTG. Prior to founding CTG, David served as a Client Partnership Executive at technology giant Kyndryl, where he successfully guided client strategies, implementations, and business relationships. Before that, he held several senior management roles at Onshore Outsourcing, where he improved productivity, enhanced client support, and increased revenues. David also spent nearly two decades at IT product and services leader IBM, where he held roles including Global Project Executive, Delivery Executive, and various Business Development positions.

David is a global operations leader with expertise in building and executing business strategies, driving innovation and change, and leading large-scale business transformations through diverse, cross-functional teams. He brings extensive experience in technology operations, outsourcing, business and technology assessments, security and network planning, and the creation and leadership of project management offices (PMOs).
