Tim Faugstad is the Finance Manager and Human Resources Administrator of CoffeeTree Group. He started this role to lead and support CTG’s business-to-business functions as well as maintaining its workforce. He is also responsible for driving the expansion of CoffeeTree Group to rural communities in America.

Tim has degrees in Business Administration, specializing in management, finance, and marketing, and History, focused on industrialization, modernity, and economics.

Prior to CTG, Tim worked in the telecommunications, automotive, and financial services industries.  He has had the privilege to work with Winnebago Cooperative Telecom Association, Volkswagen, Nissan, Chevrolet, U.S. Treasury, Department of Defense, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Loomis, Diebold Nixdorf, and Visa. Through each of his experiences, he has had a passion for refining the financial functions of the organization and supporting well-being of its employees. With each new challenge, Tim has taken an analytical and empathetic approach to not only resolve the issue at hand but build upon the relationships that are at stake.

In his spare time, Tim has also advocated for his community’s education and well-being, by serving as treasurer for his church and school.
