Finance Manager and Human Resources Administrator

Tim Faugstad is the Finance Manager and Human Resources Administrator at CoffeeTree Group. In this role, he leads and supports CTG’s business-to-business operations while managing its workforce. Tim is also responsible for driving CoffeeTree Group’s expansion into rural communities across America.

He holds degrees in Business Administration, specializing in management, finance, and marketing, as well as a degree in History, with a focus on industrialization, modernity, and economics.

Before joining CTG, Tim gained experience in the telecommunications, automotive, and financial services industries. He has worked with a diverse range of organizations including Winnebago Cooperative Telecom Association, Volkswagen, Nissan, Chevrolet, U.S. Treasury, Department of Defense, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Loomis, Diebold Nixdorf, and Visa. Throughout his career, Tim has demonstrated a passion for refining financial operations and supporting employee well-being. He approaches every challenge with both analytical insight and empathy, aiming not only to resolve issues but also to strengthen the relationships involved.

In his spare time, Tim is an active advocate for his community’s education and well-being, serving as treasurer for both his church and local school.
