For sixteen years, David was working his way through the services and sales side of IBM. This gave him the foundation he needed to  be an accomplished leader and senior corporate executive with a strong track record of achievement in guiding and growing organizations ranging in size from a $5 million IT hardware/software educational services startup to a Fortune 20, $100 billion high tech manufacturing/service corporation.  He has been able to exhibit broad-based general management abilities in operations/administration, development and implementation of corporate management systems, initiation and execution of worldwide profit producing operational business plans, and the implementation of sound global business development, sales, and marketing strategies. 

He has enjoyed developing new business segments; building and guiding strong, cohesive, and motivated sales and sales management teams; turnaround of troubled business units; and solving complex business problems. He has been able to  demonstrate strength by achieving corporate goals through development of quality products and services, innovative system solutions, and maximum use of the CoffeeTree team.

Helping grow a startup company and impact the lives of the people David works with gives him great joy. David has been able to leverage his project management education and experience to lead projects and deals in a way that avoids problems and ensures success.

David and his wife and have five children and nine grandchildren, which gives them great opportunities to enjoy every single day.



Jim is currently the President of IT Consulting and IT Services.

As, a leader in a small startup company, CoffeeTree Group, Jim has worked with a fortune 100 company to assist in a large divestiture which included setting up an IT group in the new formed company. It included new suppliers, new agreements, and a separate data center. CTG is currently engaged with and providing solutions for some other fortune 50 companies where we are providing consulting or services. CTG has several strategic relationships with Cyber Security companies, Cloud solution providers and large technical solutions providers. CTG strives to make the customer experience friction less while driving efficiency through out your organization.

As CIO of the nation’s largest pest control company, Jim was  engaged to drive success in strategic initiatives by facilitating aspects of managing various teams of business and technical resources. While leading the technical services required to enable the integration of Customer First and adding mobility, the team migrated a very paper driven process to fully mobile. This included the invoice and payment processes.

Previously, Jim was a Chief Enterprise Architect in a privately held Equity organization. The primary focus of the team was to simplify IT for business benefit. We reduced the number of systems, we centralized the support and services of many shadow organizations and restructured our internal teams as well as the sourcing strategies. Implementation of open source technologies and removal of old technology toolsets.

Prior to joining ServiceMaster, Jim was the IT leader for Strategy and Planning / Innovation for Nissan North America.  During those 3 years,  Jim led major initiatives including IT

Alignment for North America, re-sourcing IT functions and services such as replacement of WAN. LAN, Wi-Fi and mobility. In-sourced several IT functions and created COE teams. Assisted in the re-alignment of the  legacy ERP systems migration of services off of the mainframe and replacement of the email system. .

Jim has performed the role of Transition Executive 3 times. In all cases the outsourcer was not performing to the agreement and was unable to make the necessary changes which led to the replacement of the outsourcer. Jim led the termination efforts including the transition out and onboarding of the services to either a new supplier or to an in-house workforce. Jim was responsible for the technical elements in all of the new Agreements.

Over the past 20 years, Jim has been involved with 15+ acquisitions/ divestitures, managing the projects from due diligence to final integration/ separation.  Jim started his career in Information Technology at ford Motor Company. The roles over the 18 year span include CAD/CAM support, Supplier Management, IT management and Associate director of IT services.

Jim resides in Detroit, Michigan along with his wife and 5 children. He has 5 grandchildren, he enjoys spending time with them while boating and golfing.
