
Technical Project Manager
Who you are…
A technical project manager responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive reporting, control and completion of technical projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, budget, commitments and goals of CTG and our clients.
What you’ll do…
Plan and implement projects
Help define project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables
Define tasks and required resources
Manage project budgets
Allocate and schedule project resources
Create project schedules and timelines
Support and direct team
Lead project quality assurance efforts
Identify, implement and manage changes when necessary to meet deliverables
Maintain both internal and client stakeholder project documentation
Report to CTG management and client stakeholders on project progress as well as problems and solutions in regular project cadence meetings.
Identify, implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables
Evaluate and assess the result of the project and report lessons learned both internally and to client stakeholders.
What you’ll bring to the team…
Experience in Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word Excel and PowerPoint
Possess the accountability and personal responsibility to own and drive results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications…
Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management/program management skills
Project Management Institute Certification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
Proficiency in project management methodologies, software and tools
Proven abilities to manage and direct remote field technical personnel activities
Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong customer relationship skills
Conflict resolution experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Additional Good to Have Qualifications…
· Experience in Convenience Store, Retail Store and Grocery Point of Sale industries
· Knowledge of Store networks, POS systems and back-office applications, payment systems and e-commerce
· Experience in Manufacturing/Plant floor operations/automation

Compensation…
The pay range for this position will be based on experience. Base pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographical location, skills, education, certifications and experience. The total compensation package may also include other elements in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits (401(k) eligibility, PTO), dependent on the position.
