AJ Derico
VP Customer Success
AJ is the Vice President of Customer Success at CoffeeTree Group (CTG). Prior to joining CTG, AJ served as a Customer Account Director at Experis and held enterprise customer-focused positions at IT product and services giant IBM for over two decades. As a Partner Experience Executive at IBM, he earned several certifications and supported both customers with business strategy and elite partners in delivering solutions for IBM clients. Earlier in his career, AJ spent 16 years in increasingly critical roles at General Electric (GE).
At CoffeeTree Group, AJ helps customers achieve their IT transformation goals. He brings more than 40 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and customer success to build strong, lasting relationships with CTG customers, partners, and stakeholders. Throughout his career, AJ has received numerous awards and certifications for leadership, performance, and domain expertise across industries such as analytics, automotive, communications, healthcare, energy, and utilities.
He is passionate about customer success and is deeply committed to driving growth and innovation for CoffeeTree Group and its clients.
