BIO: AJ Derico, VP Customer Success

AJ is CTG VP Customer Success. Prior to CTG, AJ was a Customer Account Director at Experis, and held Enterprise Customer focused positions at IT product and service industry giant IBM for over two (2) decades. As Partner Experience Executive at IBM, he held several certifications, and helped customers in business strategy, and elite partners in support of IBM customers. AJ also held increasingly critical roles over 16 years at General Electric (GE) earlier in his career.

As the Vice President of Customer Success at CoffeeTree Group, AJ helps customers achieve their IT transformation goals. AJ leverages 40+ years of sales, marketing, business development, and customer success experience to build strong and lasting relationships with CTG customers, partners, and stakeholders. Over his career, AJ has earned multiple awards and certifications for leadership, performance, and expertise in analytics, automotive, communications, healthcare, energy, and utilities. He is passionate about customer success and committed to driving growth and innovation for CoffeeTree Group and its customers.
