SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile number to CoffeeTree Group and opting in — for example, by entering your number on a tablet, selecting "Text me the report," and tapping Send — you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Program description
CoffeeTree Group sends transactional SMS containing a link to a personalized report (such as a car-wash-subscription ROI analysis) that you specifically requested. Messages are one-to-one and recipient initiated. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Consent
Your consent is express, optional, and tied to the single report you requested. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may instead choose email or an on-device download.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and is typically one message per request. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile plan.
Opt-out — STOP
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message, after which we will not send further SMS to that number unless you opt in again.
Help — HELP
Reply HELP to any message for support or email [support@coffeetreegroup.com].
Supported carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in status, or SMS-related data with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. We share the minimum data required with our SMS service provider (Twilio Inc.) solely to deliver the message you requested. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent version.
