CoffeeTree Group ("CoffeeTree Group," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect the personal information you provide to us in connection with our email and SMS (text message) communications, including messages initiated from tradeshow lead-capture tools, our website, and related request forms.

1. Information We Collect

When you request information, an ROI report, or other communications from CoffeeTree Group, we may collect: 

  • Contact information you provide voluntarily: full name, company name, email address, and/or mobile phone number. 

  • Request details: the specific report, resource, or inquiry you asked for (for example, inputs entered into an ROI calculator). 

  • Delivery metadata: whether you asked us to deliver via email, SMS, or both; date and time of your request; delivery status returned by our email or SMS provider. 

  • Technical data that our service providers capture automatically when a message is sent or delivered (for example, carrier delivery receipts or message identifiers). 

We do not purchase, rent, scrape, or otherwise acquire phone numbers or email addresses from third parties. Every number or address we message was entered by its owner on a form or device they controlled. 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to: 

  • Send the specific email or SMS you requested (for example, a link to your personalized ROI report or a copy of the report as a PDF attachment). 

  • Respond to inquiries and follow-up questions you initiate. 

  • Maintain records of consent, delivery, and opt-out preferences as required by applicable telecommunications regulations and industry rules (including CTIA guidelines and TCPA). 

  • Improve the performance and reliability of our lead-capture and reporting tools. 

We do not use your phone number or email address to send marketing blasts, recurring promotions, or messages unrelated to your request unless you give us separate, explicit opt-in consent. 

3. Consent

Email. By submitting your email address on a CoffeeTree Group form or tablet, you consent to receive a transactional email containing the material you requested (for example, your ROI report). You may reply to any email with "unsubscribe" or contact us to stop further communications. 

SMS. By entering your mobile number on a CoffeeTree Group tablet or form, selecting "Text me the report" (or an equivalent SMS delivery option), and tapping Send, you consent to receive a single transactional SMS from CoffeeTree Group containing a link to the report or resource you requested. 

  • Messaging frequency varies; typical use is one message per request. 

  • Message and data rates may apply. 

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request help by replying HELP

  • Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may choose email or an on-device download instead. 

  • We do not share your mobile opt-in or number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. 

4. How We Share Your Information

We share the minimum information necessary with service providers who operate our email and SMS infrastructure on our behalf, under contracts that restrict their use of your data to providing services to CoffeeTree Group. These may include: 

  • Twilio Inc. — SMS message delivery. 

  • Twilio SendGrid (or comparable provider) — email message delivery. 

  • Hosting and database providers — storage of lead records on servers we control. 

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number, SMS opt-in status, or the fact that you texted with us with any third party except as necessary to deliver the message you requested or as required by law. 

We may disclose information if required by subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CoffeeTree Group, our customers, or others. 

5. Data Retention

  • Lead records (name, company, email, phone, request details) are retained while we actively follow up on your inquiry, and afterwards for a reasonable business-records period not to exceed seven (7) years, or for a shorter period on your request. 

  • Delivery logs and opt-out lists are retained as long as required by applicable law and carrier rules. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely so we can honor your STOP request. 

  • You may request deletion of your record at any time by emailing [support@coffeetreegroup.com]. We will delete or de-identify your information within thirty (30) days except where retention is required for legal or compliance reasons (for example, proof-of-opt-out records). 

6. Your Choices and Rights

You have the right to: 

  • Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. 

  • Unsubscribe from email by replying with "unsubscribe" or emailing us at [support@coffeetreegroup.com]

  • Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. 

  • Request a copy of your lead record. 

Depending on your jurisdiction (including California under the CCPA/CPRA, Virginia under the VCDPA, and other U.S. state privacy laws), you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information, and to appeal a denial of those rights. 7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access to lead databases, and vetted third-party providers. No method of transmission over the internet or mobile networks is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and our lead-capture tools are not directed to children. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly. 

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a prominent notice on our website.
