Eric is the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at CoffeeTree Group. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at AiRo Digital Labs, an award-winning, Chicago-headquartered Digital 2.0 consulting firm. There, he helped clients across various industry verticals navigate and accelerate their business transformations by leveraging emerging technologies.
Before AiRo, Eric was Assistant Vice President – Client Solutions at Amitech Solutions, where he delivered data analytics and digital transformation services. He has also held business development and consulting roles of increasing responsibility in IT services outsourcing, digital transformation, and professional resourcing.
Eric is a results-oriented senior executive with a proven track record of success. He has extensive experience in new business development, account management, and full life cycle recruiting. He is also skilled in training and managing staff, supporting the professional development of consultants, managing client accounts, and mentoring internal team members.
